A New Butler

Welcome to the family Matthew! Little more than 24hrs ago Matthew Wade Butler was born to Mitch & Sarah. He was born at 2 something on July 24th at 8lbs 3oz and 20.5 inches long. Congratulations Mitch & Sarah!! We love you!!

Hot Fun in the Summertime

It's like a heatwave! Not so surprising since we live in So. Cal. But oh what fun we are having. We spend lots of time in the bath cooling off and running around in diapers and lets not forget walking with daddy and papa and doggy. We have been teething still...and again. So with the heat Silas has had some nasty fevers. It is so hard for me to believe that a year ago I was carrying him around in his little car seat and he would just sleep anywhere I put him. No he is up and about and running around and knocking into things and singing all day long. I love it. It keeps me on my toes. So till next time XOXO.

HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY!

There is no better way to celebrate the 4th than with great friends, a pool, a few tears and lots of laughs. Lets just say that the pool was not Silas' favorite part of the afternoon. That is a real tear falling down his cheek. If you really want to know ask his dad...although I doubt he'll fess up. But we ended our evening with a lot of laughs as Silas showed off his mic skills. As it turns out he is quite the stand-up comic/singer-songwriter. So have a good laugh on us this weekend. Hugs & Kisses to all!
